WinProposal is operated by dotfunlab.

1. Digital Goods

Because unlocked proposal drafts are digital content delivered immediately, sales are final once the draft is unlocked and made visible.

2. Exceptions

We may provide a refund if a technical error prevents the unlocked draft from being delivered after a successful payment, or if duplicate charges occur for the same transaction.

3. How to Request

Contact admin@win-proposal.com within 7 days of purchase with your PayPal transaction ID.
